Deputies later intercepted a package intended for Douglas and found contraband inside.

Ray was located and arrested on Monday, a sheriff’s office news release said. Meeker was arrested in July.

Both face charges of: Possession of narcotic drugs, possession of narcotic drugs for sale, transporting a narcotic drug for sale, promoting prison contraband, use of communication device in a drug transaction, conspiracy to possess narcotic drugs, conspiracy to possess narcotic drugs for sale and conspiracy of promoting prison contraband.

Douglas was also charged with conspiracy to possess a narcotic drug and conspiracy to possess a narcotic drug for sale, the news release said.
